Terms and Conditions

At Jawda Plus, we strive to provide a transparent and fair learning environment. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines that govern your registration and participation in our courses. By engaging with our website and services, you agree to abide by these terms, ensuring a positive experience for all trainees.

No Withdrawal

Once registered, the trainee cannot withdraw from the course and is not entitled to a refund.

Commitment to Schedule

Trainees must adhere to the course schedule. If a trainee misses 3 sessions, they cannot attend further sessions without management approval.

Free Course Retake

Trainees may retake the course for free if they do not achieve the required benefit, provided they comply with attendance and assignments.

Course Absence

If a trainee interrupts their studies without prior notice, they cannot claim a refund. A trainee may suspend their studies, provided it does not exceed a 90-day period after submitting a suspension request to the registration department.

Test Retake

If a trainee wishes to retake a test to improve their score, a fee of 100 SAR will be charged. The test date will be scheduled in coordination with the available times at the institute.

Care for Institute Property

Trainees must take care of the institute’s property. If any damage occurs, the trainee will be liable for a financial penalty as determined by the institute’s management.

Responsibility Outside the Institute

The institute is not responsible for trainees outside the premises after the completion of the training course.

Loss of Personal Items

The institute is not responsible for the loss of personal valuables belonging to the trainee.

Validity of Terms

These terms are valid for one year, and trainees cannot claim any courses after one year has passed.

I, the trainee, hereby acknowledge:
  • That I fully accept all registration terms and regulations set forth by the institute.
  • That I understand I am not entitled to withdraw from the course in which I am enrolled, and I affirm my registration.
